We have been appointed to carry out both CxA and CxM commissioning management services, on the biggest battery gigafactory in Europe. Our client is driven by a green mission to de-carbonise the future - and by running on 100% renewable energy, this gigafactory is no exception.
In order to deliver our clients expectations to a high-quality standard, Sygna’s responsibilities within this project have included:
Develop and maintain QA/Cx commissioning ITR-A, B, and C checklist templates to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Create a Primavera P6 Cx schedule to manage project timelines and milestones.
Define clear testing criteria and requirements to ensure thorough testing.
Collaborate with the MC to coordinate commissioning activities ensuring seamless execution.
Participate in witnessing system validation based on design parameters.
Verify the functional testing of all systems, ensuring they are ready for operation (RFO).
Support documentation controllers, quality assurance, and completion activities to ensure project deliverables.

Developing and maintaining comprehensive testing documentation to ensure conformity with standards and timely completion to guarentee that key milestones are met.
Proactively engaged in early discussions to initiate QA document management and develop a comprehensive commissioning completion progress report from ITR A to ITR C. This includes planning and scheduling to prevent delays.
Collaborating with the Cx software house (Omega 365) to develop an efficient systemization approach.
Created a detailed Cx schedule with Primavera P6 paralleling to CSA Schedule.
