Appointed to carry out contractor- side commissioning services (CxC), we covered a range of areas across the fit-out. The project focused on updating a high-rise commercial building's Levels 20-25, 27-30 & 32 to meet modern business needs. The refurbishment included upgrading plantrooms, toilets, and shell areas. The fit-out covered mechanical, electrical, life safety, public health, and BMS controls, aiming for comprehensive modernisation and peak performance.
This project was based in one of the most luxurious business hubs in London- so we understood that the core of these buildings needed to work just as well as the tenants inside! Our responsibilities included:
Liaising with trades and main contractors to notify them of project progress and notable blockers.
Coordinating and scheduling Consultant witnessing activities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements during the commissioning process.
Reviewing and tracking test documentation to meet key deadlines including room-ready dates.
