Sygna has over 20 years of experience in commissioning and technical services for some of the world's most influential brands.

2002 - Conception

Founded as Logi-tek (UK) Limited in 2002, starting life predominantly within the field of technical project management and design  management, following a frustration at projects lacking quality and professionalism.

2004 - Rapid Expansion

As the business grew, additional services evolved, from validation & analysis to commissioning management which has become our core service today. Expansion into new sectors became second nature and we extended our client base to include financial, commercial, pharmaceutical, retail, data centres and museum/heritage.

2008 - Reporting Development

By 2008, Logi-tek (UK)’s innovative reporting processes were refined and implemented. Introducing a black and white approach to reporting, for which we have since become renowned. Today our clients can view up to date progress, all from a single source.

2012 - International Growth

Since our evolution, our international services have grown and grown. Our strong business relationships and successful track record have been key factors to our international accomplishments.

2021 - Investor Acquires Majority Stake

Cathexis Holdings acquired a majority stake in Logi-tek (UK) with the ambition to create a global Commissioning and Technical Services business by merging two established commissioning management companies Commtech Asia and Logi-tek (UK).

2022 - Rebrand, Recognition, Reporting

Rebrand to Sygna - Commtech Asia and Logi-tek (UK) rebrand to jointly operate across the built environment as Sygna.

Logi-tek (UK) presented Queen's Award For Enterprise - International Trade 2022 - Recognised as subject matter experts for Commissioning Management, including Net Zero Commissioning, we obtained the prestigious Queen's Award for International Trade.

Digital Technology Innovation - An ongoing endeavour, we continuously develop our bespoke and adaptable reporting tools. Utilising digital technology our automated project tools centralise reporting, ensuring that daily updates and reports can be delivered accurately and independently. Our tools forecast issues, meaning that our team can spend more time being present on site, progressing and developing projects.

2023 - Sygna announces independence from Investor 

Today Sygna continues to operate across the EMEA region driven by its goal to deliver quality commissioning management and technical services to our clients. Always looking forward, Sygna is committed to evolving its tracking and reporting tools, extending its expertise across all sectors, and transforming construction and engineering projects with our bespoke and adaptable approach.
