This project involved a high-specification Category B fitout covering approximately 500,000 sq. ft. for the London headquarters of a global technology company in Battersea. The objective was to create a state-of-the-art workplace incorporating advanced building systems, sustainable design, and employee well-being initiatives.

The project spanned multiple floors, each serving a distinct function:

  • Level 11 – Roof plant area

  • Level 10 – Executive floor

  • Levels 6 to 9 – General offices

  • Level 5 – Meeting rooms and kitchen area

  • Upper Ground Floor (UGF) – Reception area

Key aspects of the fitout included:

  • Installation of communication rooms forming part of the critical path

  • Chilled ceilings and Under Floor Air Distribution (UFAD) for efficient climate control

  • A dedicated UPS system ensuring critical power supply to essential areas

  • Compliance with BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certification standards

  • Seasonal commissioning and a 12-month defects attendance period post practical completion

  • Daily management of trade contractors to ensure smooth workflow and accountability

  • Independent monitoring of the commissioning process to maintain quality standards

  • Independent management of the commissioning programme, including workshops with trade contractors for complex handovers
