This project involved a high-specification Category B fitout covering approximately 500,000 sq. ft. for the London headquarters of a global technology company in Battersea. The objective was to create a state-of-the-art workplace incorporating advanced building systems, sustainable design, and employee well-being initiatives.
The project spanned multiple floors, each serving a distinct function:
Level 11 – Roof plant area
Level 10 – Executive floor
Levels 6 to 9 – General offices

Upper Ground Floor (UGF) – Reception area

Installation of communication rooms forming part of the critical path
Chilled ceilings and Under Floor Air Distribution (UFAD) for efficient climate control
