Sygna Takes On The Ice Bath Challenge!

At we are proud advocates of supporting mental health, both on and off the site, and a few of our EMEA team decided to prove this, by taking part in Construction Sport's Ice Bath Challenge!

In true construction fashion, these brave bathers sat in a skip full of water, ice cubes, and rubber ducks, for 6 minutes!

Construction Sport is a mental health and wellbeing charity, which is pushing for a change in better support across the construction industry.

Overall, the event raised £2520 - and we are proud to have played a role in this!
