Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks’ completion.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensuring successful implementation of project deliverables
Undertaking testing & commissioning activities to integrated systems tests & handover
Monitor the on-site progress and quality of work
Attend site meetings and address if any technical queries from client
Handle project administration and documentation works
Skills Required:
Previous experience with BMS systems
Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or other similar qualifications
With relevant experience in mechanical systems / technical and building services coordination to execution and site supervision with multinational corporate exposure
Reliable and able to work within tight deadlines
Proactive working attitude and self-motivated as well as a good team player
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with all work parties
Computer literacy is essential
