This project involved the refurbishment of an old building located at 61 Rue de Monceau, Paris. The project encompassed four interconnected buildings (A, B, C, and D) with multiple floors, including basement levels 1, 2, and 3, ground floor, mezzanine, and levels 1 and 2. The objective was to transform the existing space into modern offices while ensuring optimal functionality of the mechanical systems. The scope of work included primary fresh air and extract systems, secondary air systems, and CHW and LTHW  systems.
